RICKY KOTZEN
Ricky Kotzen joined Kosal Construction & Development in 2013 after working at both Broll Property Group and Redefine Properties Limited for over a decade.

Ricky has extensive knowledge in Property Development, Construction and Investment and has been mentored by many South African Property Doyans, the likes of: Marc Wainer, Wolf Cesman, Gerald Leissner, Joe Davidowitz, Mike Flax.

Ricky holds an Honours Degree specializing in Property and Financial Management.

LOUIS SALTZ
Louis joined Stuart Investments straight out of School and started at grass roots level learning all the basics of Construction and Development.
During his time at these companies gained extensive experience and managed and built well over 800 residential units ranging in size from 60sqm to 650sqm.

His personal experience ranges from building a single House to sectional title complexes of 320 units. Louis also has vast experience in constructing and managing Industrial Projects
